Return and exchange

It is important that you are 100% happy shopping with our shop. If a reason arises and you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can simply return them for full refund or exchange.

1.You can return the items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2.All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, may not be accepted.

3. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise.

4.If you want to cancel the order after it's shipped, please sign the parcel and then return it to the address we provide(pls contact us first). We will arrange the refund once we get the returned parcel from you, but we will deduct part of the refund as compensation for our shipping fee.

5. In the unlikely event that you received the wrong or damaged items,please contact us immediately. we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund, you will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

6.Please note that we are unable to accept underwear items for exchanges for hygiene reasons. If in the unlikely event that is a defect with product, please contact us and provide product pictures, we will be happy to send you a replacement.
